Luxury Smart-Home Apartment

Interior designer, Alexandra Kraft's brief was to create a sustainable home that featured high-end finishes and a luxury feel. The result is incredible. This Dubai Marina apartment has been transformed into a striking, modern smart home. The spacious open-plan living area features abstract lighting, high ceilings, and its own exquisite home bar area with a unique custom wine cellar beneath the stairs. Marble and chrome black matte finishes add an air of opulence to the space, while designer furniture and backlit panels complete the look. The smart home has two electric car charging stations, a nest thermostat, and UV film on the windows, filtering out 50% of UV light to reduce the need for air conditioning.
